The
president of Genesis Consulting Group LLC is John Gregory Vincent. He
brings more than 30 years of managerial and leadership experience to
Genesis. A retired Navy Command Master Chief, he has created a human productivity system largely rooted
in the lessons learned in the years he spent on submarines. It combines personal
responsibility, creating results based environments, and Genesis' 5 keys to excellence. Practical and highly
effective this is a human being based system and
therefor not industry specific. At Genesis we are not industry experts we are management and leadership experts.
